Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped off in a timely manner once processed. Pre-orders or in hand pieces may have additional lead times — this will always be listed in the product description. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, we’ll send another email for the tracking information. Please note that once your package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are out of our control.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and the best available rate. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Domestic Orders (U.S.): Rates are calculated at checkout.
• International Orders: Rates are calculated at checkout and shipped through UPS or DHL. Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes once the shipment arrives in your country.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages once they are scanned in by the carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’ll always do our best to help from our side, but final responsibility rests with the carrier.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
